How Can headache And Dizziness Along With Eye Pain Be Treated?

I have had a pretty intense headache feeling (including in my eyes) for the past three days now and a stuffy nose. Today, the third day, I also feel very dizzy and my nose is feeling better after using nasal spray yesterday. I m also feeling the tingly feeling you get when you get blood taken, almost like right before you would pass out. I ve been drinking water all day and have eaten normally. Is this a sinus infection?

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute rhinitis with vertigo under evaluation.

Giddiness may be due to acute labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis or anemia or BPPV or middle ear infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet vertin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
